The department of Mathematics was established in the academic year 2000. It stands as one of the fundamental Sciences pillars of the Faculty, dedicated to advancing mathematical Sciences and their applications.

To enhance the competency of mathematicians (students and researchers) and support diverse scientific disciplines by producing high-caliber graduates capable of active participation in the scientific renaissance. The mission focuses on developing pathways to build qualified mathematicians with advanced mathematical thinking and applications that serve all Sciences and support all fields of growth and community development.
